  • We believe that bookkeepers shouldn’t be paid per hour but a flat fee based on the results they deliver. When you pay someone hourly they aren’t motivated to be quick and efficient, this can lead to scope creep and being slapped with a huge bill you didn’t expect. At Hello Finance we charge based on the level of your business VS hourly.

  • We do! We ensure your yearend tax filing is completed and filed on time yearly. Alternatively, if you have a CPA that you are happy with, we will work with them to ensure they have all the information necessary to complete your yearend filings.

  • Once the contract is signed, your kickoff typically takes place within two weeks and depending on any required catch-up bookkeeping, you begin receiving reports in a month.

  • Xero, Quickbooks Online, and and Quickbooks Desktop are our preferred bookkeeping vendors. For larger clients, we’ll work with other ERPs if a system is already in place.
